R.A.I.T. 88 s.r.l. recognizes the protection of personal data as an indispensable value and principle for building trust towards all the people with whom it comes into contact and with whom it establishes relationships in the performance of its activities. The processing of data is therefore seriously perceived as an important responsibility, and for this reason its performance is always marked by security as an essential aspect towards which maximum attention must be paid in business processes. All processing is thus marked by compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of confidentiality and rights.
Precisely in order to honor these principles, R.A.I.T. 88 s.r.l. has intended to appoint a Data Protection Officer to assist it in its actions for this purpose and thus dedicate a special section of its website for the publication of all information prepared specifically in favor of the different categories of persons whose data it processes.
Through the same, it is intended to make it possible to promote (also through tools such as QR codes placed in the company premises) the widest knowledge about the information regarding what will be done with the personal data processed; it is also intended to inform all interested parties of the rights they have on the subject: all in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter also "GDPR").
